What’s considered an emergency?
EMERGENCIES:
- Total loss of power to entire building or apartment
- No heat or air-conditioning when temperatures are below 55 degrees or above 80 degrees
- Flooding or water leak of any kind
- For life-threatening emergencies, please call 911.
NON-EMERGENCIES:
- For routine maintenance requests, please fill out the following Maintenance Request Form.
