These apartments are at the corner of 10th & Broadway –(1007 E. Broadway, Columbia MO).  A quick 5 minute walk to the MU Journalism School.

The Lofts at Cherry Hill:

Located in southwest Columbia at 2101 Corona Road in The Village of Cherry Hill.

The Lofts at The Manor:

The Apartments are Located  1115 Ashland Road and The Manor House is located at 1121 Ashland Road. The Manor grounds are near University Hospital and the MU Vet School.

The Lofts at 308 Ninth:

8 one bed units and 56 two bed/ two bath units

The Lofts On Broadway: 

32 total units in the building: 

28 one bed units and 4 two bedroom units

The Lofts at Cherry Hill:

12 total units in the building: 

10 One bedroom units and 2 studio units

The Lofts at The Manor:

24 total units in the Manor Apartments= 

All Two bedroom/two bathroom units 

The Manor House has 7 total units:  

studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units.

There are a few options to choose from:

1.)Ask to be placed on our garage parking waitlist. 

=If you receive a spot, it would be an extra monthly fee. The parking would be at either 10th & Cherry garage or Short Street garage. Parking garages are owned and operated by City of Columbia 

2.) If you are a student, you can inquire and apply for a spot through the University of Missouri. Please visit their website for more information at https://parking.missouri.edu/permits/undergraduate-student-permits/.

The Lofts on Broadway:

One parking pass per tenant is available for purchase at the Short Street Parking Garage. This parking garage is controlled by the City of Columbia.

The Lofts at Cherry Hill:

Parking is provided on site.

The Lofts at The Manor:

Parking is provided on site for the apartments and house.

The Lofts at 308 Ninth:

Subway, Tigers Credit Union, International Tap House, Insomnia Cookies, Varsity Nails, and Thai Express are all located at The Lofts at 308 Ninth.

The Lofts on Broadway:

Awaiting a commercial tenant on the ground level

The Lofts at Cherry Hill:

Barnes Healthcare and Xpress Liquor are located on the first floor.

Each tenant will be responsible for paying for the electric, water, sewer, refuse, and other fees/taxes through the City of Columbia.
